Mindfulness
The practice of focusing our thoughts on the internal experiences of the moment. We train ourselves to respond to this one moment of time, just watching thoughts produced by beliefs that no longer serve us, facing them with kindness, while focusing on the present moment of time, where you are always creating a new “you.”
Visioning
Visioning is a process where you individually, or as a group, create a space of deep listening and mindful awareness to soften the chatter of our minds and listen from within and embrace your highest vision. It allows you or your group to reveal the highest intentions as directed from the “leader within.” For many, it involves directing questions to our deeper self about what we need to become, release, and embrace for our highest ideal to be manifested.
